Family getaway with some hiccups
First off, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrived till the end of our stay. The room we had was spacious with these high ceilings—so much light and air, it felt like home!
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

We loved the spacious Classic King Room and the proximity to cafes and shops. The rooftop bar was a hit with the whole family, providing a relaxing spot after exploring. Just steps away, we visited the stunning Notre Dame Basilica, which was remarkable for our grandkids!
In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options could be expanded for families with children.

Spacious and impeccably clean rooms with comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. The staff truly stand out with their professionalism and friendliness, going above and beyond to assist guests. However, the hotel's layout felt more like a large complex than the quaint atmosphere suggested in pictures, and initial room issues, such as noise and smoke smells, detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
